The proper xmasmix is in progress. I'll hopefully have it Thursday. But even though this thing is still far from perfect it seems like time to put it out there. (While I am sad that we could not go caroling tonight - apologies to all involved that I made a bollix of that - I at least got to finish this up.)

Fantastic stuff. I like the continuous mixing, for all the difficulty it comes with. My few experiments with it were disastrous. I can't beat-match for anything. It's a shame we're separated by geography at the moment. I'd love to watch over your shoulder while you put one of these together, to pick up some tips.

As for me, I'll stick to barely-overlapping-tracks-with-maybe-some-shared-sound-elements when it comes to my mixes.

I only started getting into beatmatching in my final days doing college radio. Only did a couple experiments, as I didn't have the equipment to practice on after that. I really enjoy listening to what others do.
