Last night I made peanut butter syrup (analogous to chocolate syrup). Adams PB, ~1 cup; water, sugar, and about a teaspoon of soy lecithin granules. The lecithin might not even be as necessary as I think. My goals for this project are to learn how to work with lecithin, and to put this syrup into a latte for a WRONG MOCHA.
