Last night I made peanut butter syrup (analogous to chocolate syrup). Adams PB, ~1 cup; water, sugar, and about a teaspoon of soy lecithin granules. The lecithin might not even be as necessary as I think. My goals for this project are to learn how to work with lecithin, and to put this syrup into a latte for a WRONG MOCHA.

After a night in the fridge it had a more spread-like consistency. I've got a new batch going now (stirred the remains of the last into some steel-cut oatmeal) that will hopefully stay more syrupy, and has a nicer, more PB-esque color (sweetened it with sugar + molasses).

I use enraged all the time, I just think it's funny. Lately I usually type in something different but this time I was all eh whatever.

This could be a throwaway line, or it could have a deeper meaning (i.e., "I have found a job and will be starting and/or getting paid imminently.").

You wouldn't be secretive about the latter case, would you?

Well I have. Just been watching the money go out as soon as it comes in, for the most part.
