Hello... I'm still reading... Writing and children do not mix! Do you still read absolute write?

I drop by now and then. I keep meaning to start going to the chat there again - I always found it more active than the forums anyway. Maybe when the writing is going better I'll go more often - I am struggling with the child/writing thing at the mo. Doesn't help, I think, that N's just started nursery and keeps bringing home germs! :)

Ooh, you're very welcome to drop into AW chat any time you like. I'm an Op on there (just someone who is on there quite a lot, and is needed to keep the room open), and I'll keep an eye out for you. :) There is also a monthly critique circle held in the chat room for people in European time zones that you might like to join - fairly informal, any genre, critiquing up to 5K each time. Will definitely try to go on there soon. I really want to make writing a big focus in my life again - just need to convince my little one that he needs 12 hours uninterrupted sleep first :)

Clearly I lied about updating my blog. But was truthful about probably not coming back here often! Oh well. Mostly on Twitter/Facebook etc now. But maybe back here one day soon :)
