Office Hours, Wednesday Morning [10AM - 12Noon]

Lulu was finishing up some notes for her class tomorrow, sipping at a cup of tea and nibbling at a sandwich. The door to her office was open, and the usual tea and cookies were on her side table.

[Around for a couple of hours, then off to work. Should be back afterwards, though, around 10PM Eastern.]

"Forgive my intrusion," Juli said lightly from the door, "but I was wondering if you might have a feather duster I could borrow?"

"A feather duster?" Lulu asked. "Whatever for? I mean, yes, I do..." She got up to look for it in her cabinet.

It's probably safer not to ask why she had the feather duster.

Juli was mildly amused at that. "Whatever for? For dusting, really. I've been out of my office so long the dust has attempted, and very nearly succeeded in taking over."

[Heee. Were you aware that Juli and Lulu share a voice actress? *is a dork* ]

Lulu was a bit... not embarrassed, exactly, as she didn't do embarrassed, but something at least a little like it. "Of course," she said, "dusting. For what else would one use a feather duster, after all?" She pulled the duster out of her cabinet and handed it over. "I, ah, have it as a remnant of the research from my class, my first semester here."

[Heee, no, I wasn't! Does she use the same voice for them both, or is it fairly different?]
