Oh this is just a fabulous continuation of all that happened in the film! You know I love this fic. ;-) I think I love Joker's reaction to Dent's funeral the most though, he asks once and gets the response he expects. Then plays dumb until they're all able to get out. Pretty clever, Joker.

I also love how you go into detail about the survivors of the Ferries. You know those folks probably made a fortune off of Joker's clever little scheme. Not too many books about "I encountered the Joker and lived to tell about it" stories though. ;-)

This piece really makes the plot bunnies in my head start hopping though. Like I wonder what Joker & Crane talked about when Crane kept beating him at checkers. xD

I'm glad you liked reading it again, dearie. I'm kind of fascinated by the survivors of the ferries and the average folks who lived through the brief reign of terror Joker held in Gotham. It made my plot bunnies hop about too. I'm glad that it inspired you somewhat.
