Paintings, anyone?

On my third day in the Blue Mountains it was drizzly and misty. This meant I didn't get to see any of the magnificent vistas I had come to see that day, but on the plus side, I got to indulge in one of my favourite pastimes: photographing trees in the mist. Expect a few more of these later.

Thanks, Bella! I was so happy when I saw those trees emerge from the mist. I've seldom taken more photos within the space of one minute.

Thank you! I was going to call this entry "Chinese paintings", but then I realised I'd already done that, so I simply called it "Paintings" instead...
