Fifteen character answers, part the third

Apr 19, 2007 03:17

Before I was so rudely interrupted by Christmas and a crashing computer, I was working on the answers to some interesting questions. Today, I return to pondering these mysteries. I warn you, these answers got a bit long.

Cyrano and Mr. Miyagi nearly come to blows; Indy and Spike go to DisneyWorld; Daniel Jackson wakes up a girl; Larry Fleinhardt wakes up a ghost; and more! )

humor, fleinhardt, hiro, jarriere, spike, metafic, memes, multifannish

These are awesome!

Larry Fleinhardt wakes up one morning and finds he is a ghost. How does Larry cope?

OMG. You have no idea how much I want this to be written as proper fic. Or want to write it as proper fic. A series of short fics. Oh wow.... Oh, Larry....

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed them.

I'd love Ghost!Larry to be a real fic; that's pretty much why that answer ran so long. But I've got a long list of stuff ahead of it, and you're supposed to be writing a script (along with several other things--what's going on with the CSI/Harry Potter?) Oh, well, maybe someday.

But, hey! Only one week until Larry returns! Yay!

Yay for Larry!

Um...here's a thought for you, since we're both swamped with other things but love this fic idea so much: do you think we could co-author it? In small portions? I dunno...it's just that I can totally see and hear it and it makes me squeee and and and other fen would love it....

Sorry. :-) It's just really cool and inspiring.

I would like that, actually, but here's the thing: I've never co-written anything and I don't really know how it works. I'm pretty nervous that I wouldn't be any good at it (otherwise I'd have asked you a long time ago if you wanted to co-author the Quantum Leap/Dead Zone story you talk about). Because, you know, your friendship is important to me, and I wouldn't like to put a foot wrong. But if you've done enough co-writing that you'd be comfortable with showing me how it's done, and getting out the big stompy foot when I'm not doing it right, then that would be fine.
