I took Inigo in to the vet for his recheck yesterday.  Mostly it was a blood draw, though the vet did examine him a little, and said he seems fine and is obviously eating well.  However, the numbers from the blood tests aren't so good.  The BUN and creatinine are down a little, so the sub-q is helping a bit, but the phosphorous is up and the RBC

Oooh, I'm soooo sorry y'all are having to go through all this. No matter how much longer you get to enjoy his special company, it's a sad, sad road!! I hope he'll improve a bit by the time you go back, and that whatever you decide, it'll be the best for all of you.
