Everyone dreams. Some people swear they don't, but they do. They just don't have dream recall. Some people remember dreams occasionally. Others remember them every morning. I rarely ever remember my dreams these days, and I think that might have something to do with my sleeping problems. When I had my sleep study done, I never entered REM sleep. I wonder how often that happens when I sleep in my normal bed (i.e., sleep comfortably). It'll be interesting to see if I have some sort of dream explosion when I get my CPAP machine. :-P

When I can really remember my dreams, I try and type them up. All my dream journal entries are set to private (no WAY I'm letting other people read them LOL) and there aren't many of them, but it's fun to go back and see what I was dreaming about.

It's said that dreams are easiest to recall when you're not in deep REM, but when you're about to fall asleep, or about to wake up. So I remember my dreams more clearly when I have a crappy night's sleep. Dunno if that pisses on your parade or not, but at any rate... it's not about the dreams. It's about getting a good night's rest. You can't put a price on that.

I REALLY hope you see some positive results from the beast (that's what I've nicknamed your machine!). Lemme know how things go :)

No, that makes sense because I've always had my most vivid dreams during the day, when I've taken a nap. That's true about a good night's sleep; I'm very anxious to see what that feels like again! :-)

The beast? LOL it's a little box and a mask! :-P Save the beast for when I get my iron lung!
