I was totally bad and completely forgot to watch the sunrise this morning. {:( Still, there have been American Griddlecakes like my Papa used to make, with maple syrup and butter for breakfast. YUM!!

The sun is shining, and our kitchen is clean. Time for laundry and gardening, but in a relaxing way. };)

Sadly, no. Well...for me, anyway. I'm a maple snob, and therefore only stuff from New England will do. This was Canadian, but pretty tasty as it was a grade B.

It's tough to get the good stuff over here!
