ToyCon was some good, some bad.

But please... if you're going to invite cosplayers to be there, not that I represent them or anything, but could you not call them "abnormal"?

That kinda reeks of tackiness right there.

Magic show was some good, some bad.

Impending loss of jobs is taking its toll on me.

I'm distressed now.

When they brought up cosplaying last Sunday, Maverick joked that people who dress the way cosplayers do are "weirdos", and his save was that being weird is cool, because he says he's a weirdo, too. Cholo rides along with the joke, and tries to steer it to saying the cosplayers were huge supporters of the ToyCon.

Maverick then continues on the tangent and says that "the abnormals" are ready to wow the crowd soon enough, or something to that effect.

This dialogue was mostly repeated the next time Cholo and Maverick went onstage after the cosplay, I believe.

I really wasn't too keen on the specifics. I wouldn't say they were meaning to really insult cosplayers per se, but Mavericks seemed to be talking without thinking.
