I guess Jewish Christmas has been a thing forever but now people call it Jewish Christmas, right? Like it's more solidly thingified. It used to just be you were bored and hungry and Jewish and nothing was open except Chinese restaurants and movie theaters

I wish my mum liked Chinese. I spend Jewish Christmas with her and it's always a struggle because she doesn't like the places in Chinatown.

I actually got her to agree to it, and then we passed by this Vietnamese place and I hadn't had Vietnamese in ages, so we went there.
