I have already done most of those things, aside from purchase a paid account because......well I'm too poor. For the website crazy people who aren't looking for an outlet of words so much as art, I recommend www.photosite.com .I use their biggest package which is very VERY cheap, gives you unlimited photos (great for someone like me who takes a few hundred each show) and great bandwidth capabilities.
