Yesterday I had a GREAT workout. Back/shoulders/biceps. I'm really pleased with the advances I'm making and no injuries. Gee. It's amazing how much better you do at this when you actually let yourself recover. I still wonder how much further I would've gotten if I knew that all those years ago. Ah, well. Live and learn, right

I still haven't gone to see my doctor about it yet as I hate to feel like a "whiner" about ever little issue bugging me. Sleep is one of those things that I've felt "everyone" has a problem with...but then again, when the lack of it impacts my performance, I guess there is a reason to seek out medical help, right?
