It be http://emess.developersatlarge.com/Ktalk.html You could also try mail.goole.com, as it uses SSL and is therefore partially filtered from scanning. If those don't work, let me know and I'll try something a little more eloquent for you ^^

Also see if maybe this works, it's encrypted and isn't on the main google domain: https://m.gmail.com/ make sure you use https there, its not straight http~

http://safeforwork.net/ has a thing directly for gtalk as well. Just loads up your gtalk window and nothing else :O
