So one night I was at a bar with my wife (
willagurl) and some friends and the topic of pigs and barbecue came up. I have been smoking tasty meats on a Weber Smokey Mountain for a few years now and really enjoy it. I started slow with spare ribs, moved up to the pork shoulder, knocked out the occasional Turkey and chicken and took on a big assed brisket.

It'w long been my opinion that every endeavor requires at least one person to act as the curmudgeonly Prophet of Doom. As no one else was stepping up to the plate, I figured I had to take on this onerous burden for the betterment of all involved.
I used a pair of cotton jersey gloves covered by stretchy, plastic food prep gloves (a tip I learned on the Virtual Weber Bullet forum) timur_i_lang (going a bit overboard) used a pair of leather gloves covered by thick rubber gloves
Ah, but by using my supple deer-skin gloves I was able to enhance the sensuous pleasure as I carefully teased apart all that moist, tender, pink flesh ;).
but to be fair, he often stays up until 4 a.m. when he isn’t barbecuing and we couldn’t get him to take a nap around noon on Saturday when it would have done some good2 a.m., sometimes. Not usually 4 since I started working swing. And at any rate when I do that I sleep from ~2-10. Not get home from ( ... )
