She's pretty much wrecked the place, but it's not anything that can't be fixed. I'm more worried about Justice and Genius.

[Not Kelley as she's AFK but... no I think you can just assume he arrived later and maybe sorted out the chaos/organised the NPC panicked onlookers and did all those things a power ranger excels at XD]

It's mostly just minor property damage from Evil!Kazahana attacking Justice, Truth and Genius. Bit of burn damage here and there, smashed and overturned furniture, etc - just make it up if you need to. Nothing that can't be fixed in a week, basically. NPC nurses/patients prolly got injured trying to get the hell away or nicked by the scythe. There's plenty of PC and NPC medics to keep things trucking, so no huge drama XD)
