It's quite a lot of sitting very still and having one's hair pulled every which way, and all the while listening to more than a bit of reproving tsk-ing from one's mother about the mess and being more careful and the twigs and leaves everywhere. You're really better off avoiding it.

I've heard something of that, albeit secondhand, when Merry had her hair in snarls. So I think perhaps I am better off avoiding it.

Yes, quite well for the day. I'm not such a different shape, though I do look like a lady wearing a gentleman's clothes. But perhaps that's charming in its own way.
