I think there's a constant offset which is based on how self-critical one is, so relative strengths and ordering are probably more useful for comparisons than raw numbers. For example, while I'm not particularly surprised we both scored lowest on interpersonal, I'm not sure you really should score a lower value than I. You've got more friends and do more socially than I do. Or maybe I do less with fewer but enjoy it more? :) Dunno.
So the scale may be shifted, as I apparently think roughly 10% more of myself than you think of yourself (hence that higher intrapersonal score?). Mine sum to 446, yours to 410. Maybe they should baseline to the same sum?
