Whovian/Torchwood casting spoilers

Just read about major changes to Torchwood S3 and new Dr Who casting here. If it's all true then I'm likely to be a bit meh on S3 and am not sure I'll enjoy 2010 Dr Who series.

I doubt that it is true - Tennant loves doing Who, and I believe the Beeb shuffled everything round to fit his other commitments for 2009.

I'm pretty sure there have been substantiated reports of Tennant not doing more who after the 2009 specials.

I would be pissed too if the rumour was true though. Maybe I'm just in denial.
