"It's Time For A Wedding": isn't the demon in that gay as well? Or was he just pretending to hang out in the gay erotica section to snag Becky?

(And yay you for compiling these!)

I sure got that vibe, but maybe I'm stereotyping too much because his "cover" was as a wedding planner, lol.

This is brilliant! I surely didn't realize this:

When Crowley says to Cas "have you forgotten that you’re the bottom in this relationship?", it is the first time the top/bottom dynamic has been mentioned in a genre TV show since the classic series episode "The Leathermen of Triskelion" in 1968.

Nice!

Although I had some problems with The Real Ghostbusters, I really love this:

And in a nice subverting of the "fanboys aren't successful with girls", we find out they are in fact lovers.

-and-

It had the added deliciousness that the characters were named after the mods of the Supernatural forums at Television Without Pity.

And of course Charlie was an absolute delight, start to finish.

Thanks for this.

I also love the subtle nod to Wincest in that Demian and Barnes, who are lovers, are roleplaying Sam and Dean. Who are also....oh wait, that's not canon, is it? It's hard to tell sometimes, which is one of the reasons I adore this show :)

Speaking of which, what about their protestations upon discovery of online Wincest?

Didn't we also get a screen shot of some of that slashfic?

We didn't actually see any of the fanfic in that ep - just a shot of the forums. I still LOVE that we - made slash writing fans - are part of our show!

Not in that ep, but isn't that it in your icon (or was that not an actual screenshot?)

I'll add Sue as a possible maybe! And yes I think Jeffrey and his demon fit in the category I mentioned with Azazel etc - more of that general dakr sex power thing that is sort of adjacent to same sex desire I think.

How do you even know that. Brilliant.
