I didn't have to celebrate Rosh Hashanah. No, instead I was sitting in my 3 hour long Philosophy class learning arguments for the existence of God. Because that is so much better... but whatever.

I knew you were writing something with Snyder, but when you posted this I was asleep by the computer, and I had woken up at one point, checked LJ, and saw this. I got up this morning thinking this was just something I imagined, haha.

Your Chris cracked me up so much. He was just, not even modest with anything he said, and then there's Drew pointedly trying to avoid the subject. And the ending line, nice.

Anyway, yeah I couldn't resist having Chris say that. Poor guy. If it wasn't for Ley asking me to write Chris, I probably would have never even thought of doing it. But now I'm so glad I did. He was very fun to write. Sometimes you just get those characters that speak to you, and you know exactly what to do with them. You know what I mean?

I knew I didn't want to get too dirty with this because I'm so anal about keeping it realistic, and so that ending seemed to be the best I could do. :)

LOL, oh my god, poor Chris. This will probably be a recurring theme if I choose to write about him again.

I like the Red Sox but there is just WAY TOO MUCH Red Sox slash and not enough of other teams. Don't worry, I envision much more fic with Stephen to come. I am slightly obsessed. ^^

This will probably sound really bitchy, but I think fans of other teams need to stop complaining about the amount of Red Sox slash and starting writing about their teams. I'll read anything, and I may not know a lot about other teams (except the Dbacks and the Cubs), but I'd enjoy the variety, too. And it might encourage more people to write.

Sorry about that. I just needed to get that off my chest.

Haha not at all, that's what I was trying to say! It's like when people don't vote but then they complain about who becomes president. That's why I'm trying to write other stuff and hopefully it does encourage others to write about whatever team they enjoy. ^^

Eh, I think our little Dbacks fandom is trying to get them a bit more well-known. At least around LJ. But I don't think you need to know much to read my story except for what I said in the summary and that Chris Snyder suffered a testicular injury during the season (ouch!).
