Poll What kind of slash should I write next? Despite the fact that my Jack/Ianto fic was my least popular of all the pairings I've written (getting only about 8 comments, as opposed to the 25-50 I typically get for a House/Wilson fic), I'm probably going to write more Jack/Ianto, because they're such a lovely couple, and I'm really into their relationship. Oddly enough, while House/Wilson is my only true OMG!SO-INTO-IT pairing listed here, I'll read any of those. They're all inherently hot, and in your hands all the hotter. :3

Thanks! I am flattered that you'll read any slash I write, way to make a girl feel good about her fics! It's probably because House is on hiatus while Doctor Who just finished the season, that I'm more into the Who/Torchwood lately. Not to worry, I will never stop writing House/Wilson.

I can't help myself - more House/Wilson pls!!! I'll settle for Holmes/Watson if need be... but the other fandoms are completely alien to me. :(

I think most of the f-list would agree with you. I guess I've established my reputation as a House/Wilson slash writer. They are my main ship but I like a little dash of Sherlock Holmes/Doctor Who/Torchwood on the side. Anyway, I'm still not sure what I'll write next but am leaning towards Jack/Ianto... sorry! They are so hot together, but if you're not a sci-fi fan, you probably wouldn't enjoy Torchwood.

Yeah, not much into sci-fi.... the only show I like that's sort of sci-fi is Firefly - Jayne/Simon! yum. And also Red Dwarf, which rocks.

I'm a poor advisor here because I'm not really a fannish fan. I mean, I don't have a fandom-shaped hole in my life. So I don't watch Dr. Who or, uh, what Jack and Iantro are from (SGA?). Some of my favorite slashers have drifted away from me into fandoms I don't follow. I'm a bore that way. Here's what I'd like: write me some Ratty/Mole slash from Wind in the Willows. You could start with the picnic on the riverbank.

Jack and Ianto are from Torchwood, the Doctor Who spinoff. One thing that greatly endears it to me is all the hot boykissing, mainly between gorgeous Jack and Ianto.

I don't think I could write rat/mole slash from a children's book. Rats and moles are not high up on my list of sexy, sorry. I'm afraid I must decline your challenge.

I am open to writing about a new pairing, though, if I stumbled on one that captured my fancy.

Just a quick question - have you ever seen Top Gear (BBC)? Now there's chemistry!

Some don't like it because it's real person slash, but the boys are aware it exists and don't mind.

Haven't seen Top Gear - I think cars are boring. I live in a city, don't drive, and just don't care at all about cars. I'd probably fall asleep if I watched it, sorry.

Jack/Ianto/Doctor slash could be hot - I've never written a threesome. It might be too complicated. Also, I don't think Ianto and the Doctor have actually met so that'd be a big blank that I'd have to fill in. But, I won't dismiss it! Might be fun to stretch my limits a bit and try something new.
