"Oh god..." Changmin thought after visiting a temple on the way back from the pet store. "or Buddha maybe...please turn Junsu back into a person. I miss him already."
Looking at the pink bunny so happily munching on nasty looking brown bricks of rabbit feed had Changmin feeling oddly depressed. He wondered vaguely if Junsu was upset at being turned into a bunny. A pink
one too. Not Junsu's favorite color.
Even though it felt as if he had just woken up, Changmin stared out into the window to find that it was getting darker. It was winter break after all and he had woken up late because of his hangover.
"I miss Junsu" Changmin said aloud to the window. "I miss you" Changmin called out to the bunny.
Changmin watched as the bunny halted in its eating. But a split second later, it was back to munching on the fake carrots that were supposed to be good for its teeth.
Changmin couldn't bear to return to his own apartment. He felt that the situation would sink into reality if he did. Changmin also secretly thought that, since Junsu had turned into a bunny at this location, Junsu
would turn back only in the same spot. It was a foolish thought, Changmin knew this, but hey it was better safe than sorry.
Changmin went to sleep on Junsu's bed with the pink bunny safely tucked in a makeshift basket of blankets and towels. Changmin was afraid to let it roam around, but at the same time he was afraid he would
squish Bunny Junsu to death if he slept with it on the bed and accidentally rolled over him during the night.
"Good night Junsu" Changmin called out. "I promise I'll try again tomorrow."
Before closing his eyes, Changmin wondered if he would have felt better with Junsu's naked body lying next to him. He grew a little hard at the thought, but then remembered that Bunny Junsu was present.
"Sorry" he mumbled and fell asleep.
