Oh, no, it GOT to the county clerk the second time, except now they're writing to tell me the I didn't send them enough money. And sending the cashier's checks back instead of just taking them to pay my taxes. NNGH. I just hope the guy will LISTEN to me this time, and actually DO what he said he would.
