I thought Blythe could wear Barbie clothes O__o And from what I understand they can wear size 9/10 BJD wigs.

They can wear some Barbie clothes. Mostly empire waist dresses and t-shirts.
Their hips are too slim for most Barbie bottoms, Barbie's chest is way bigger, and Blythe's torso is WAY shorter.

Blythe wigs are fairly inexpensive. I should invest in a couple. :p
