Now, I'm going to have to read this all over again. Because, though I seem to have forgotten much of the plot, I remember the enjoyment. So it's Teascapes or Module 2 of Information Retrieval. Hmmm. Whatever shall I read?

Hehe I know the feeling. For me it was Teascapes or Real Property. It was a tought choice to make...

The beginning of the series is really very rough as I was adjusting to the Spike and Xander voices and feeling out writing in third person from different perspectives. I hope to have it all nice and shiny in the next few months though, so skim over anything that's sickly at the beginning.

The beginning is really shit, but I promise it gets better about halfway or 3/4 of the way through. I read and cringe, and therefore must edit soon or it will eat away at my soul.

I just read this. I know I just read this and yet my mind is going 'durrrrrrrrrrr'.

But I enjoyed it anyway - Xander babble is the best. ^__^

And I made my self a note so tomorrow when I'm actually awake, I can go back and re-read the last few chapters.

I think the chapter just before this one is my favourite of the series. I didn't continue it for ages because I kind of wanted to leave it there, but then today I felt like tying up some loose ends and getting some nice happy closure for everyone.

I haven't yet started the editing process, which will hopefully be started and completed within the next month or so (I have exams in the meantime). I don't really know what kinds of changes I'll be making, I just know that when I reread it recently a lot of the earlier chapters in particular were too mushy and awkward, so I'll be looking at fixing that. The plot and stuff will stay the same. I'll probably also revisit this eventually with a second epilogue.

So long answer short - reread the old version now as I don't know when I'll have time to edit. But if you're interested, be on the lookout for the new and improved version some time around the middle/end of July.
