Tonight I noticed some cable station was rerunning The Time Tunnel, which I haven't seen since first run, when I was in grade school. I remember watching and being disappointed when it was canceled, something I can't say about

I loved Time Tunnel, although it's been so long ago that I really remember very little about it. As I recall, the producer was Irwin Allen, who went on to make all my favorite 70's disaster movies.

Wasn't he, though? A lot of my favorite childhood TV shows and movies are thanks to him.
