One of the LJ Abuse Support Volunteers has posted an unofficial poll regarding the use of breastfeeding icons and if they should be allowed as default icons. If you're interested in registering your vote the poll is here.

Hi, I saw your icon in kayholder's journal and I wondered what was up, so I just came and read your posts and the ProMoM thing. The poll post seems to be locked out now and the ProMoM thing implies that they're considering changing the decision...do you know where or if I should add my voice to support the cause?

Hi there! I noticed that she closed down the poll. Looks like she privatized that entry.

I am following events as they unfold over at This community.

This thread kicked it off and if you read on from there they document their whole contact with the LJ people etc.

It's good to be missed. :) I missed you, too. Congratulations! Eli is a charming name. Gilda is very good. She's mellowing a bit, about to surpass Dave and me in age (dog-years-wise), and just as sassy as ever. In fact, she appears to be getting MORE sassy with age.

I'm glad you're digging the mom thing!

I love her sass. If she's older than you and Dave does that mean she's the head of the pack? I have, of course, added you to my friends list.
