Well, I couldn't possibly advise you on math, but it looks to me like in philosophy you should take a Graduate Seminar.

I undergrad stuff is an option, I'd take "Man, God, & Society in Western Literature." Then again, I wouldn't be studying logic and philosophy of mathematics, so what I'd study is probably moot. :-)
