I'm crossing my fingers for you! I don't know what happened (maybe I missed something somewhere?), but I hope it ends well. When it comes to the court, they like to look at the facts as much as possible, not what people think or feel. When I was accused of child neglect, I provided documentation that I wasn't home at the time the incident occurred, and they weren't interested in that. What they liked seeing was when CPS and Family Advocacy both wrote statements that they believe I was falsely accused and that I'm a good parent. Then the charges were dropped.

So hopefully, you and your dad's witness testimony will be all they need! :D

Anyway, I'm glad to hear your story of triumph! It gives me hope and it's just nice to see that the law fell on your side when it should have.
