Objective Risk Assessment strategies are the best, because if you have a either or, plotting out the case outcomes is much easier to deal with. So we may end up with Depression, HOWEVER, good risk assessment like this, the governments can figure out how to make sure the extremes don't happen. And there are levels to the ORA that could be done as well that can help that as well.
