Ugh. Halloween will NEVER fucking end. I just ate a nutter butter that was iced to look like a ghost (with three little chocolate chips for eyes and a mouth). I also had all of the jellybeans, but the jellybeans had nothing to do with Halloween and everything to do that I had an epic migraine today

You have many awesome activities on your calendar, good for you! I hope your migraines disappear for a while. I totally crave sugar when my head hurts. Sugar and caffeine open up the blood vessels. Imitrex works amazing for me, too. Better living through prescription drugs.

I only watched the mens, plus the women's SP. I have to agree with you about Adam's Romeo costume shirt. I wish he was in something sheer, flowing and white instead. But I love watching him skate, no matter what the program. He has such a gorgeous body with flowing arms and an expressive face. I LOVE HIM nearly as much as Stephane these days. His Rach. costume with the sheer blue sleeves and sparklies is delightful and I love the high waisted black pants on him. His jumps in the FS are amazing. The Rippon Lutz never fails to make me gasp.

Sometimes my migraines seem to sleep and stress related. I got as close to 8 hours as possible last night and I'm not going anywhere tonight. I'm just going to do laundry and take care of things that might be nagging. I'm glad I can say there was a reason I wanted sugar so I don't feel so guilty about it this morning. Today though I'm going to try and eat healthy. Get some veggies in me. I've never tried Imitrex but if I get another one of these this month I'll look into it. Thank you for the advice
