So, what with Christmas and everything, I haven't gotten hardly any writing done. Last night finally got some inspiration (I think it helps that I'm finally done with everything, and not worrying about needing to hurry)...

Only I didn't get inspiration for Awakened (the s5 AU).

Oooh, this post is for me. For past few days I've been dealing with an extremely strong muse for SPN-RE fusion. Except I don't know the games but the movies. So yeah, that makes my Dean Milla and Cas Oded.
I already have ideas for several subplots, involving like half of the characters from SPN and my brain's basically overloaded at this point. OTL It'd probably be a fuckload of chapters.

It makes me wish that the ApocaBigBang was starting now, not in November sob.

Yay, a fellow RE fan! You should check out the games though; they are awesome; better than the movies, IMO. But the movies are still enjoyable. They're just severely lacking in my favorite game-verse characters... Like Leon, and Ada and Billy and Rebecca. And the real Carlos. Movie!Carlos is great, but I was hoping for game!Carlos, the young (he's 21, in the games, as compared to Oded's what? Late 30s, early 40s?) thinks-he's-all-that-and-a-bag-of-chips, totally-has-the-hots-for-Jill hispanic Carlos :P

Admittedly, movie!Carlos' age is much more realistic. You'll find that in the games, most of the good main characters are ridiculously young for their professions and backgrounds).

Hahaha, I know the feeling. I wish there was a bigbang going right now because I work best when I have a set deadline. And I work at my absolute best when that deadline is looming over me, and I'm panicking about not having enough time. Basically, I work best under pressure :p ( ... )

I believe there was something about January written at SPN/J2 BB. For the D/C BB I have a different idea which I need a lot of time for so I'll live until April. I could really use a deadline for this fusion idea, though.

I never had the occasion to play any RE game (to be honest I'm afraid of them...). And now I don't really have a proper PC for it. Though I might try it if I get it on XBox 360.

I have a big undying love for Oded since The Mummy happened so he automatically wins xD;

January? Sweet! If I don't have the RE-fusion finished before then, or over the word limit (which I probably won't because the rest of the week is going to be busy as hell, and after that, I'll be distracted by Christmas goodies) I may enter it in that, depending on WHEN in January it is. I'd just have to finish it up, and then get busy on Awakened again (which, considering it's an epically LONG fic, I may hold off until the D/CBB anyway ( ... )
