Holy crap, I got bigger. I had no idea just how much bigger until I looked at the photos from today versus the photos I took at Christmas time.

And you still have a clearly defined waist from the back shot. I have no personal experience from which to draw, but the bright side is that the guys are doing well, and you never, ever have to do this again.
