Twice this morning I had to close and restart it because it mysteriously went into "Insert" mode, where if you go back to insert a phrase into a sentence, the computer begins overwriting the rest of said sentence!
You're hitting the Insert key. Right above the backspace. Hit it again to get it to stop. Or, your computer's on crack.
