New and curious...

Hi I'm new here and will be moving the southern Mississippi in the next few weeks. I was curious if anyone knows of any place that is renting 4 or 5 bedroom homes at least 2 bathrooms and allowed ferrets. Also what is there to do in the Biloxi, Gulfport, Ocean Springs or Pascigula areas... these are the areas we are looking to rent in. Kinda close

My wife and I have a three year old, a one year old, and a baby on the way in September. There's a lot to get involved in on the coast. If you're religious, try MOPS. My wife did it for a while, but it can be competitive.

The kids love Lynn Meadows Discovery Center. Get the 3yo involved in "Bear Cub Club". They'll meet other kids and you'll meet other moms. Including my wife, probably. There are several fantastic parks located throughout the gulf - there's one on Highway 90 west of Hard Rock/Beau Rivage.

There's a splash park that's nice in the summer in Gulfport.

Cool thanks! We leave to head that way on the 25th (next weekend). I think my son will enjoy all the activities you have suggested... not sure about the MOPS but I will look into them, but I think everything else he will love. We have a place here called the Imaginarium and kids love this place so the Discovery Center sounds right up that alley. Thank you so very much.
