Just thought I would pop into the LiveJournal and announce... WE'RE PREGNANT! We are 5w1d today. Just a little grain of rice :)

August 1st is the first ultrasound, will post pics when I get them. We have only told family, close co-workers and close friends so far.

It is still strange to me that my peers are old enough to have children. lol

Thank you! Well, we'll be almost 25 when the baby is born, it's the age I wanted to be when I became a mommy, not too old and not too young. That way we have enough energy to chase around a little one :)

Same here, 25 was the goal. It is just weird that we're there ya know?
Oh right lol. A Franklin peeps barbecue. Here is the description: Hey, all you Portland friends! See that picture? All the meat? Hopefully Emily knows how to cook that stuff, and I promise to provide delicious meat substitutes and some beers and stuff, and bring something else you wish to consume along with you! Also, byo bathing suit if you want to go in the hot tub! And... there may or may not be pickleball!
