I don't know when I've started to become more interested in the family business, but I am becoming increasingly so. I kinda like knowing how the factory works and well, basically how I get the privileges that I get. I remember last January when I had to attend the factory's annual celebration - I felt so proud that we are able to make our employees

We're in the paint industry :) Well, I used to feel pressurised since none of my cousins were in the engineering field (and that's partly why I went into engineering). But of course engineering didn't work out for me either (although now I have more interest in the factory) :P So I'm passing the pressure to the next younger cousin hahaha..
