Thank hun, it was an amazing night, but the problem with amazing nights is that the next day seems rubbish in comparrison. Short of Jeff confessing his undying love for me and promising never to leave me, I was bound to feel shit!

I got your letter on Friday. lovely as usual. Haven't sat down to respond yet but I will soon. However it arrived with the envelope open and no CD, so some postal worker is loving your music. I was livid (at them obviously not you). But I very much appreciate that you sent it off! :) anyways, you gave me your international number and i want to just call you/text you out the wazoo but it'd be so expensive. Maybe we should coordinate a time to chat once so we can swap lovely accents. Give you something to look forward to also (maybe?)

Silent Scream is amazing, but do be careful. Even the author has put on a trigger warning! I've never read a book with one before!
I'm glad my letter arrived, but I too am gutted about the lack of CD! Miserable stealing bastards! I'll send another one next time, I won't let you be without!

Really? I'm sure it was you! Didn't you read it in university? I've been thinking of you as I've read it regardless...it's about a mental patient and her therapist and has lots of references to art and stuff...if it wasn't you that said about it, you'd probably really like it!
Glad the letter got to you ok, and I hope you enjoy the CDs, I've been sending out loads recently! Write back when you can, it's ok, just don't desert me, I couldn't be without you!

Yeah, it wasn't me! I just read a plot synopsis for it, and I can safely say I've never read it, in uni or leisurely! I read a book in uni called "Wittgenstein's Mistress" (by David Markson) which had lots of art references, but plotwise, it's quite different. I'll check "The Other Side of You" out though!

Oh well, I got it wrong, such things happen! It is a great book though, worth checking out...That Wittgenstein's Mistress sounds great, I'm in the library a lot lately, so I'll have a search for it, even though St Mellons library is tiny, they sometimes have random things like that. It sounds like my bag.
I'm glad you won't desert me, I'd miss you too much, but like I said, write when you can, I know you always do when you have the time because you're a great friend and penpal!

Oh honey, you are a good one. I'm feeling a bit better today thank the non-existent lord. Jeff Lewis is sexy in that geeky, intelligent way, he really is...I find brains so much more attractive than looks anyhow, they stay, looks fade!
I'd love to get that package, it sounds like a joy! I know you're so busy with your school and paper I never expect you to rush out a reply, so whenever you're ready is fine, but I look forward to the day it arrives and will send some joy back if I can find anything useful around my house!
