This is, like, the fourth or fifth post I've seen in the past week of people ambling their way back to LJ. Did FB changes really fuck folk off that badly? ;D

There has been a bit of whinging and complaining on facebook lately about various changes so that could be part of it. For me though, I was checking through my bookmarks and was reminded of the old girl so I thought I'd pop in for a cuppa!

Life does still exist here. Much as i use Facebook, I still prefer Live Journal.

For me FB has an entirely different group of friends (only a few overlaps) that don't really know about LJ so I'll definitely keep my FB. But I was always more fond of LJ and was sad when everyone moved over.

Oh, y'know, I'm here but lurking. Don't have enough of substance to say to justify a proper post. Also, I tend to be more keen on Diaspora for the close-knit social group now.

I'll probably not post here too much either to be honest but I'll come back and read stuff if I know people are still posting. I don't really know about Diaspora but I'm already basically ignoring google+ so don't need any new distractions. I'm discovering the joy of books again lately ;)
