Okay, so maybe ordering pizza and eating in wasn't the most romantic anniversary date ever, but for Annette and Dick, it seemed perfect.
Before he was due to arrive, she went around her room lighting candles (what? pizza by candlelight was awesome!) and made sure everything in her room was where it was supposed to be. She put Angel in her little carrier and she was sleeping, so that was good. No cat-staring tonight.
The pizza box was on her desk along with napkins and paper plates. There was also beer and root beer stocked in the mini fridge. Both were excellent with pizza. The Scifi channel was on the TV, but she didn't know what was on; it was mainly just background noise.
One last look in the mirror told her she looked kind of
cute, and she hoped Dick appreciated her
t-shirt. No need for shoes or socks as she imagined they would just be chilling on her bed, watching TV tonight.
(for the boyfriend please.)
