I just got home from shopping for clothes for *myself* for once. It's amazing how once I had kids, the clothes shopping for me trickled away to nothing and became a chore. I was getting low on shirts and made a note that I was going to go shopping for *me* on my day off, and I finally did it today

Let me guess: your New Years Resolution was to post on LJ more often? j/k, I'm glad to see you back on here.

I looooooove to buy clothes for myself, so I really can't relate to clothes shopping being a chore. My husband hates it, though!! I guess once you have kids you're just too busy to shop?

I got auto charged for my lj paid account, and then figured I might as well get my money's worth, HAhahaha

Well, the kids *always* need something, so there's the $$ issue, and I hate trying things on, and if we're all out nobody is interested in hanging around waiting for me to shop, and I wear a uniform, so I don't really need a ton of clothes...just so many reasons to put it off, but I had to throw some tops out so I made myself just do it on my day off.

I used to love shopping before kids.

Hmm...if I had to wear a uniform every day, I would probably be less interested in shopping, too. Actually, I've cared less about my clothes lately because I work in a office with only two (three, once per week) other people in it. Hardly anybody really sees me, so it's hard to care how I look!
