Dubya, seemingly forgetting that he has
the mental agility of a boot.
In a stupendously moronic move, George Dubya Bush is "re-elected" to serve as president of the United States for another four years. When asked how he feels of his victory, he expressed he did not have much to say of his win. "Verbosity leads to unclear, inarticulate things. One word sums up probably the responsibility of any President, and that one word is 'to be prepared'."
