Spring Break

I am currently in a lovely condo in Williamsburg, Virginia hanging out with my husband and listening to our son and his best friend laughing in the other room. We had a great day at Busch Gardens with near perfect weather and small crowds and lots of roller coastering. There are some seriously great coasters at that park. Tomorrow we'll head into

Ooo! I love Williamsburg! Colin and I took my parents to Colonial Williamsburg about 12 years ago and it was such a nice trip. Come to think of it, it was about mid-April then, too. Pretty time of year.

I also made sure to walk around William and Mary since that was one of my choices for school. When I chose my undergrad college, I narrowed it down to Pitzer College and William and Mary. In the end, I chose Pitzer because it was SO much closer to home (easier and more frequent visits home if I wanted) and because Pitzer gave me a lot more $$ in scholarships and financial aid. Still, I hated Pitzer and I have often wondered if I'd have like W&M better. It's certainly a beautiful campus. *sigh* Wave hi to the Wren building for me. :D
