Love visiting this place; your writing is always so smooth and it fits with the genre so well. And i do love teasing, especially when I know it will eventually lead somewhere great :)
I don't care how long in-between updates, just keep writing like this!! :)
I could hear the music, see the lanterns, feel the anticipation and nervous energy... And I'm really enjoying the original characters, how you're slowly fleshing them out, etc. I think it greatly enriches the story.
Ok so I do care a little bit how far apart updates are, lol... Can't wait for the next part!! (and neither can they!)
Wow. Thank you. Your comment totally brought a smile to my face this morning. I'm so glad you've been enjoying the story. I've been having so much fun writing this fic. It's nice to be able to share it.
Thanks again. For reading and commenting. I've already started the next part. :-)
Awwwwwwwwwwwww.... how much perfect could a chapt be? *dreamy sigh* I loved their daydreaming, the way they couldn't think of anything else than each other. And the dancing... *shippy squee* The cutest moment was when Charles misunderstood Laura though. What a gentleman. :D
Honestly, I loooooooved every second of it. It was a treat to read. Thank you so much for this!
You should have see me squeeing when I found the chapter yesterday. I refrained so I would read it when I'm nicely relaxed. It was such a treat and the anticipation just... awwwww...
I often do that, too. Hence the reason why I'm always late catching up.
There's nothing like relaxed quiet time for reading. Yesterday, when I read your fic, I was on my rocking chair, a fleece blanket over my PJs, with a cup of tea beside me.
So glad to see this updated! I always love visiting this story, and there was much to adore in this part...especially the dancing. Mmmm. I'm really looking forward to the next chapter. Not as much as Charles and Laura, but still. :)
