If I am registered as a Democrat in the state of MA, can I vote for a Republican at the primary?

I don't care about politics, but I will design little pins with little ribbons on it for your party :)

There are barely (if any) options on the Democratic side and you are considering a downgrade???

This gives me a wider field of candidacies to view and review.

понятия не имею, я поняла, что если ты регистрируешься как "индепендент", то можешь голосовать в праймери за кого хошь.

I don't think you can. If you are registered as "unenrolled", then you can vote in either primary (but only one, of course :))). But I think you can change your registration, call them to ask.

Apparently, not only do you have to re-register, you have to do it before 01/16.
