Update on all the Things

My husband officially quit his job. This coming Friday will be his last day. I'm trying so hard to be incredibly happy for him, which I AM!, it's just that I'm also nervous for us. It'll be different having to live without his regularly scheduled paychecks. I'm not always good about change, but I know we can do this! We've already got comic and ( Read more... )

Whoa! I haven't had to be making appointments every five minutes anymore so I had no idea any of that was happening??????? Which doc is still with you guys? Dr Joback?

CONGRATULATIONS on Nick (well, both of you) being successful enough that he's taking that step -- and best of luck, too!

I wouldn't worry about that lady... there are some folks you just can't please, because the chemistry is wrong or whatever.

...So I might be using my LJ more often again, a forum site that I was on had an implosion because the owner flipped their $%@# and a bunch of people decided to get together over here to hang out.

Yeah, Dr. J is left along with a new doctor that I really like, though I've only worked with her a couple of times.
And thank you!
I've heard that sometimes the chemistry just isn't right. I think I get super nervous when it's someone who just stares at me and doesn't respond, then of course the reading is also going to suffer. Actually, I'm super nervous for tomorrow, because a woman who reads professionally said she'd get a reading from me in the morning. EEEEP!
Yay for using LJ more! I am pretty good about catching up with LJ once a week or so, but terrible about posting!

Wow, it's a big step that Nick is taking! I really do wish him (the both of you!) the best of luck with it. I believe in taking chances and doing things in life that will make you happy, so it's great that he's going for it and you're supporting him.

It's a shame I'm not more local to you, I'd be really interested in a reading if I was. I read my own tarot from time to time and though the cards are connected (bonded) to me, I let them down by not knowing the meanings of enough cards to really let it flow. One of a million things that I always intend to practice then don't :s

Thanks! It'll be an adventure. :)
I'd be happy to do a reading for you any time! I've done a few for friends over text or facebook messaging. Just let me know! :)

A reading would be really cool! I've been wanting to get someone to read them for me for ages. How much do you charge?

No charge, it's great practice for me! Just fb message me whatever the situation is you are wanting me to read about, with however much detail you feel like giving, and I'll work it up and send you the picture of the spread along with what I see in it.
