I do have a vague idea about James Madison, despite being Canadian - I've heard the name before, anyway. And I agree with you about CS Lewis. That's who I'd pick too.

I wondered if you'd know about Madison, since I know practically nothing about Canadian history, politics, etc, despite having relatives who live there and being only a day's trip away myself. :)

There ARE so many good parts!! I was trying to figure out my favorite moment in KoA to see if I liked it better, but the end of QoA is fighting for my favorite part in the whole series so I figured I should just go with that. Although, KoA is much more lighthearted and it has a lot more of them being comfortable with each other ("I love every one of your ridiculous lies;" "You are embarrassing me in front of my attendants," "As if you cared;" etc) so it's in a different way. Oh, and speaking of KoA, did you hear that MWT considers the fifth book (which she is writing now!!) to be the "second half" of The King of Attolia?!? I'm trying not to get too excited, since I know there's still probably about 3-4 years left to wait. :P

I know, right!? :D I so agree that four years is way too long (although considering her track record, it could be longer :P). It was a blow when I realized that I really shouldn't expect another Attolia book until I graduate from college. :(
