Ramirez Family (Bluewater Village)
I've decided to tackle the rest of the houses in Bluewater Village next - hopefully I can complete the entire 'hood before the end of the year, maybe? This lot is almost CC-free. It just uses as CC wall for the outside (the blue stripe), so you can easily cut that out if you want to.
